Who we are

Our website address is https://joeysdumpsterrentals.com. We are Joey’s Dumpster Rental, 904 Chemung Street, Horseheads, NY 14845.

What we collect

If you send a rental request or a message through this site, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, preferred date, and any notes. We use them only to reply to you, schedule and complete your rental, and handle payment and follow-up.

Online payments

When you book and pay online, you are taken to a secure checkout page run by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details, and we never see or store your full card number. Stripe passes us your name, email, phone number, delivery address, preferred delivery date and payment status so we can complete your rental. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

How forms are processed

Our forms are processed by our website host, Netlify, which stores your submission and forwards it to us by email. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and it has no user accounts or comments. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. Stripe’s checkout page may set its own cookies for payment security.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to our social media and review profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Yelp). Those sites have their own privacy policies.
