Something we didn’t cover? Call 607-479-7955 and we’ll sort it out.
What type of waste is not allowed in the dumpster?
While our dumpsters can hold a wide variety of waste, we cannot accept hazardous materials, oil, liquid, paint, asbestos, or yard waste.
What happens if I exceed the weight limit on the dumpster?
With good organization and proper packing, you may exceed the weight provided in the original rental price. We charge $0.07 per pound over the weight provided.
Do I have to be present for the dumpster delivery?
Yes. It is Joey’s Dumpster Rental policy for an adult to be present on delivery. This is important so we can fully communicate the location of the dumpster, items allowed and not allowed, and any special requests.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free within 20 driving miles of our yard in Horseheads, NY. Beyond that, it’s $5 for each mile past the 20, one way. For example, a delivery 25 miles away is $25. We’ll confirm the exact amount before you book.

Book online and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout. You can also call us to pay by phone, or arrange Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, cash or check. All payment is due prior to the dumpster being delivered.
