Your go-to dumpster rental service
We provide services to Corning, NY
Corning is a Steuben County city of 10,551 people, known as the Crystal City for its glass history and home to the Corning Museum of Glass and the Market Street and Gaffer District downtown. It has been a city since 1890, and its older neighborhoods and downtown buildings see steady upkeep. We see roof replacements, kitchen and bath remodels, garage and basement cleanouts, estate cleanouts and yard cleanup. The city also has real flood history from Hurricane Agnes in 1972, so flood-damaged basements and storage are a project some homeowners know firsthand.
If the dumpster has to sit on a Corning street or in the right-of-way instead of your driveway, contact the City of Corning to ask whether a permit is needed, especially around the busy downtown area. Older neighborhoods often have narrow driveways and mature trees, so measure the spot and tell us about low branches or wires. Put plywood under the container to protect your driveway, keep the load below the rim, and ask us which materials are not accepted before you begin.

Customer reviews
What customers are saying.
I’ve had plenty of dumpster rentals but none quite like Joey’s! Aside from the professionalism, the ease of scheduling and swift responses made booking with them a no brainer. They dropped off a clean dumpster at the time promised and picked up the dumpster the same way. The area was left clean with no sign of debris or that a dumpster was ever there. Hands down best service I have received and will use them again!

Frequently asked questions
Something we didn’t cover? Call 607-479-7955 and we’ll sort it out.
What type of waste is not allowed in the dumpster?
While our dumpsters can hold a wide variety of waste, we cannot accept hazardous materials, oil, liquid, paint, asbestos, or yard waste.
What happens if I exceed the weight limit on the dumpster?
With good organization and proper packing, you may exceed the weight provided in the original rental price. We charge $0.07 per pound over the weight provided.
Do I have to be present for the dumpster delivery?
Yes. It is Joey’s Dumpster Rental policy for an adult to be present on delivery. This is important so we can fully communicate the location of the dumpster, items allowed and not allowed, and any special requests.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free within 20 driving miles of our yard in Horseheads, NY. Beyond that, it’s $5 for each mile past the 20, one way. For example, a delivery 25 miles away is $25. We’ll confirm the exact amount before you book.
What types of payment does Joey’s Dumpster Rental accept?
Book online and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout. You can also call us to pay by phone, or arrange Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, cash or check. All payment is due prior to the dumpster being delivered.
How does online booking work?
Pick your size, rental length and preferred delivery date, then pay securely through Stripe. At checkout you’ll enter your delivery address and phone number.
