Your go-to dumpster rental service
We provide services to Elmira Heights, NY
Elmira Heights is a compact village of about 3,900 people, with a village hall dating to 1896 and a fire department founded the same year. With nearly 2,000 housing units packed into a small footprint and a long industrial and railroad past, projects here tend to be about updating established homes. We help neighbors with roof replacements, basement and attic cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodels, estate cleanouts, and yard cleanup, along with contractors working on rental properties and small commercial spaces.
Village lots can be narrow, so plan where the dumpster will go before the truck arrives. If it needs to sit on a village street or in the right-of-way, call the Village of Elmira Heights office, to find out whether you need approval. Protect the pavement with plywood, keep the load level, and do not block hydrants or driveways. If you are not sure whether something is allowed in the dumpster, ask us before you load it.
Delivery to Elmira Heights: Elmira Heights is a short drive from our yard in Horseheads, well inside our free-delivery area (free delivery within 20 driving miles of Horseheads, NY).

Customer reviews
What customers are saying.
I’ve had plenty of dumpster rentals but none quite like Joey’s! Aside from the professionalism, the ease of scheduling and swift responses made booking with them a no brainer. They dropped off a clean dumpster at the time promised and picked up the dumpster the same way. The area was left clean with no sign of debris or that a dumpster was ever there. Hands down best service I have received and will use them again!

Frequently asked questions
Something we didn’t cover? Call 607-479-7955 and we’ll sort it out.
What type of waste is not allowed in the dumpster?
While our dumpsters can hold a wide variety of waste, we cannot accept hazardous materials, oil, liquid, paint, asbestos, or yard waste.
What happens if I exceed the weight limit on the dumpster?
With good organization and proper packing, you may exceed the weight provided in the original rental price. We charge $0.07 per pound over the weight provided.
Do I have to be present for the dumpster delivery?
Yes. It is Joey’s Dumpster Rental policy for an adult to be present on delivery. This is important so we can fully communicate the location of the dumpster, items allowed and not allowed, and any special requests.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free within 20 driving miles of our yard in Horseheads, NY. Beyond that, it’s $5 for each mile past the 20, one way. For example, a delivery 25 miles away is $25. We’ll confirm the exact amount before you book.
What types of payment does Joey’s Dumpster Rental accept?
Book online and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout. You can also call us to pay by phone, or arrange Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, cash or check. All payment is due prior to the dumpster being delivered.
