Your go-to dumpster rental service
We provide services to Odessa, NY
Odessa is a small Schuyler County village of about 500 people, set in rolling country between Elmira and Seneca Lake. It is the kind of place where homes have been lived in for a long time, and where the old 1912 Opera House now serves as the Village Hall and firehouse. We help neighbors with garage, barn and basement cleanouts, roof replacements, remodels, and estate cleanouts when a family home is being sorted out. Yard projects like brush removal, old fencing and shed teardowns are common in a rural setting like this one.
Because Odessa is split between the Town of Catharine and the Town of Montour, it is smart to confirm which municipality your address falls under before you ask about permits. A driveway or a flat spot on your own property is the simplest place for a dumpster. If you need to use the street, check with the Village of Odessa office first, and ask the town if you are outside the village limits. Put plywood under the container, keep loads below the rim, and ask us about anything you are unsure of.

Customer reviews
What customers are saying.
I’ve had plenty of dumpster rentals but none quite like Joey’s! Aside from the professionalism, the ease of scheduling and swift responses made booking with them a no brainer. They dropped off a clean dumpster at the time promised and picked up the dumpster the same way. The area was left clean with no sign of debris or that a dumpster was ever there. Hands down best service I have received and will use them again!

Something we didn’t cover? Call 607-479-7955 and we’ll sort it out.
What type of waste is not allowed in the dumpster?
While our dumpsters can hold a wide variety of waste, we cannot accept hazardous materials, oil, liquid, paint, asbestos, or yard waste.
What happens if I exceed the weight limit on the dumpster?
With good organization and proper packing, you may exceed the weight provided in the original rental price. We charge $0.07 per pound over the weight provided.
Do I have to be present for the dumpster delivery?
Yes. It is Joey’s Dumpster Rental policy for an adult to be present on delivery. This is important so we can fully communicate the location of the dumpster, items allowed and not allowed, and any special requests.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free within 20 driving miles of our yard in Horseheads, NY. Beyond that, it’s $5 for each mile past the 20, one way. For example, a delivery 25 miles away is $25. We’ll confirm the exact amount before you book.
What types of payment does Joey’s Dumpster Rental accept?
Book online and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout. You can also call us to pay by phone, or arrange Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, cash or check. All payment is due prior to the dumpster being delivered.
How does online booking work?
Pick your size, rental length and preferred delivery date, then pay securely through Stripe. At checkout you’ll enter your delivery address and phone number.
